I would like to move in with a friend. Is that possible?

Definitely. Most of our rooms accept couples, single parents with kids or friends.

My credit is not that good. Do I need to sign a lease?

Not at all . There is no leases involved, so there is no credit or reference check. Also you have full control over your rental term. You have the option and can move out whenever you feel like it.

Are all the rooms $95/week?

We wish, but our rooms range from $95/week to $300/week. Your rent depends on your room's features (neighborhood, cable, internet, private bath, parking, and much more), but our team of dedicated agents will definitely find you the best available deal in town.

What happened when I am not satisfied with a room?

This is the best part, unlike most companies, if you do not like a provided room, or a renter, you just have to let us know and we will provide you a different room. This warranty even protects within your first month of your rental.

What is the minimum stay?

It is required to rent a room for a minimum of two weeks.

Do you guys rent apartments?

No. We only rent rooms and do have plenty of rooms with your separate entrance, private bath (where it feels like your own studio). If you are looking for an apartment, please consider this list of partners.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. When you receive the keys, you will need to pay the renter the first month and a month deposit. If you are paying weekly, it will be the first week and a week deposit. It will be refunded to you as you move out.

Are pets accepted?

Some of our rooms does accept pets. Some does not. Our committed agents will make sure to find you a room that accepts pets if needed.

I am moving to New York. Can Room Invasion reserve me a room?

Yes, we sure can. Room Invasion is the only agency in the market that offers this service. You can fill out our application online so you can let us know your expectations of a rooms, your budget, and wants. Am I allowed to have any guest?

It depends. Most renters does not have problem with it. Some has a curfew. Please let you agent know if you have any special preferences.
